All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).  To receive an RGA, you must provide the part number and the invoice number that the part was purchased on.  Returns are sent freight prepaid to the Kentucky warehouse and must be clearly marked with the RGA.  Returns will be refunded in the same manner as cash received when possible after receipt and verification they are in new and resalable condition and purchased from within the preceding three months.  Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded and shipping charges incurred for return of product are responsibility of the customer.


Salvage Items
All salvage items are considered "as is", with no returns accepted.  Also, salvage items on website have limited quanities and may not be available after order is placed due to a previous order.  For availability of items please have the part number ready (starts with CTP) and email us 

Hydraulic Pumps and or Injection Pumps
Any returned pump will be inspected upon return.  Pumps found to have been taken apart or serviced by the customer or a third party will not be warrantied and returned to the customer.  Warranty is null and void if head and rotor is locked up due to faulty use, such as trash, sand, bad fuel or other items in the pump will void warranty.  This also includes improper instillation of injection or hydraulic pumps.  Our warranty on pumps are not refundable but is considered a replacement warranty.

Electronic Ignition Kits
Electronic Ignition Kits are non refundable, under any circumstances.


All radiators come with a one year replacement warranty except for the economy radiators which carry a 90 day warranty.
