Shipping Information
Our products are shipped using UPS Ground unless otherwise stated by the customer.  Shipping charges are based on several factors including weight, dimensions, ship-to zip code, and others.  Our shopping cart calculates UPS shipping costs while you are ordering your products.  If you choose to drop ship your item, we will incur an extra handling charge.

Damaged Shipments & Shortages
Any damage or shortage cannot be considered our responsibility.  Ownership of freight passes from us to you upon leaving our dock.  It is important that all shipments be checked for damage upon receipt and if evidence of such, have the driver record and sign both copies of the freight bill.  You should promptly file a freight claim for damage or shortage with the carrier.  Don not destroy packaging until inspection by carrier's agent.  Shortages must be reported to CheapTractorParts.com within 2 days.  We will not be responsible for damage to rims delivered via UPS or FedEx.

Backorders
Backorders will be filled as soon as possible as merchandise is received by us, unless canceled by the customer.  Orders canceled after shipment has been made will be subject to freight charges.

Returns
All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).  To receive an RGA, you must provide the CheapTractoParts.com part number and the invoice number that the part was purchased on.  Returns are sent freight prepaid to the Kentucky warehouse and must be clearly marked with the RGA.  There are no cash refunds on returned parts and credit will be applied to the customer's account after receipt and verification they are in new and resalable condition and purchased from CheapTractorParts.com within the preceding three months.  Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

General Warranty
CheapTractorParts.com reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty.  We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims.  CheapTractorParts.com will not assume any responsibility for loss of time, labor, or crop for any warranted parts.  Warranty does not extend beyond the point of installation.  It is the installing mechanics responsibilty to check components before and during installation.  When a third party is involved in installation of CheapTractorParts.com parts, only the product is warranted - no labor claims will be honored on third party deals.

Electrical (Starters, Alternators, and Coils)
Electrical warranty is 90 days from date of installation.  Electrical parts are warranted on against manufacturers defect.

Seats
CheapTractorParts.com offers on a limited warranty on our "economy" seat range.

Axels, Spindles, and Front Supports
These parts are not covered by warranty when installed on tractors with loaders.

Hydraulic Pumps
Returned hydraulic pumps will be checked by our technical department.  Any pump found with contamination inside will not be warranted.  Any pump found with a blown seal due to incorrect installation or rotation in the wrong direction will not be warranted.  Any pump found to have been taken apart will not be warranted unless done so with prior authorization.
